The payment methods to be followed are detailed when you place an order on our site.

A detailed summary page of your order will be presented to you before any procedure involving a financial transaction.

By PayPal

As one of the most reliable transaction systems available today, PayPal© carries out your transactions without ever communicating your bank details to the beneficiaries. To use it, all you have to do is register via their website. Once your account is created, your email address is sufficient to place an order.

Moreover, paying by Paypal© costs nothing if you pay your transaction in Euros. 

By credit card

When you pay by credit card, Paypal© provides an online payment platform and redirects you to a secure site. This way you can make your transaction in complete peace of mind; your bank details will be encrypted by the world-renowned SSL protocol, and will never be transmitted to us. Once the transaction is completed, you will be redirected back to our website. We will then be informed of this transaction and once the transaction has been accepted, your package will be sent to the address you provided.

When using this payment method, there may be a delay of a few days before the money is transferred to our account and the package is sent.

If the transaction is refused, you will be informed by e-mail and entretoise-express.fr reserves the right to cancel your order.

Only bank cards with the CB, Visa, Eurocard or Mastercard symbol are accepted.

By bank transfer

When you choose to pay for your order by bank transfer, our bank details will be displayed once your order has been validated. You will then have to indicate the order number in the title of your transfer, and address your transfer to the account whose details are given below.

The order will be dispatched as soon as the transfer is on our bank account. 

You must send us your cheque within 7 days; after this time, the order may be cancelled.
